1. The defendant shall pay 50 million won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from April 1, 2008 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on December 10, 2007, lent 50 million won interest rate of 26.4% per annum to the defendant. Since after April 1, 2008, the plaintiff did not receive interest from the defendant, the plaintiff sought the return of principal to the defendant by serving a copy of the complaint of this case. Thus, the defendant is obliged to pay to the plaintiff the agreed interest rate of 50 million won or delay damages at the rate of 24% per annum within the agreed interest rate from April 1, 2008 to the day of full payment.
