대여금
1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 27, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff loaned KRW 200,000,000 to the Defendant on June 8, 2006, and KRW 50,000,000 on June 12, 2006 as the due date for reimbursement of KRW 200,000,000 on June 31, 2006, and C guaranteed the Defendant’s obligation.
B. C paid KRW 40,000,000 to the Plaintiff on November 7, 2016, and the said money was appropriated for partly repaying the interest among the Defendant’s above debt.
C. Accordingly, the Plaintiff claims against the Defendant for the payment of KRW 200,000,000 as well as damages for delay.
