1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 213,414,837 and KRW 25,00,000 among them, from January 13, 2016.
Reasons
1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim
(A) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a creditor, “the creditor” shall be deemed to be “the plaintiff,” and “the debtor” shall be deemed to be “the defendant,” etc.). 2. The defendant B shall be deemed to be the defendant, a corporation under the applicable provisions of Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act.
