A. On September 27, 201, the Plaintiff concluded a monetary loan agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant on February 14, 2017, regarding KRW 29,100,000, which was lent to the Defendant around September 27, 2011, with loans of KRW 30,000,000, interest rate and delay damages rate of KRW 3%, 3% per month, and June 14, 2018.

B. On November 25, 2017, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 10,000 to the Defendant at an interest rate of KRW 2% per month and on February 15, 2018.

C. The Plaintiff seek against the Defendant the payment of each unpaid amount, interest, and damages for delay within the scope of the limitation of the Interest Limitation Act.
