1. The Defendant: 3,400,000 won for Plaintiff A; 4,700,000 won for Plaintiff B; 2,800,000 won for Plaintiff C, D, F, and G; and the Plaintiff.
1. From July 8, 2014 to April 30, 2016, the Plaintiffs were employed by the Defendant, who is the owner of the vessel, and provided labor to and retired from the Defendant as a seafarer.
Therefore, with wages and retirement allowances, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff A the amount of KRW 3,400,000, KRW 4,700,000, KRW 2,800,000 to the Plaintiff C, D, F, and G, and KRW 5,00,000 to the Plaintiff E and each of the above amounts from May 15, 2016 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, 6% per annum under the Commercial Act and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the day of full payment.
