The reasons why the judgment of the court of first instance is to be stated are the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for changing the 4th H from the third bottom of the judgment of the court of first instance to “C”, and therefore, it is consistent with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion shall be dismissed for lack of reasonable grounds.
The judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable in its conclusion, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
