1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,360,651 as well as 20% per annum from April 18, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff claiming the indication of the claim supplied food materials to the Defendant operating a restaurant under the trade name of “B” from November 18, 2014 to February 16, 2015. As such, the Plaintiff sought the payment of the above amount to the Defendant.
