Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) are those engaged in driving a BK3 vehicle;
On November 15, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.092% 0.092% around 23:36 on November 15, 2019, while driving the said car at a speed of about 60km to 70km in the direction of the city in the direction of Echeon-si, depending on two lanes, according to the intersection of the private Triri-distance located at 2003 m. 2.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the time and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the F parking lot located in E in Gyeonggi-si and the B K3 car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 20km from around 0.092% from the 20km section to the Ami-Sami in E-si in E-Sacheon-si in E-Sacheon-si.
