Punishment of the crime
On June 30, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 00:58, 0.071%, driven the BM5 car at the section of approximately 200 meters from the front of the new-dong, Jungpo-gu, Incheon to the private-dong oil station located in the same 156, 200 meters from the front of the new-dong, Jungpo-gu, Incheon to the private-dong oil station located in the same Gu.
