Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
At around 18:05 on 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered a D pharmacy located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, with the influence of alcohol; and (b) obstructed the police officer’s lawful performance of duties regarding the duty of dispatch of a police officer’s report by assaulting F while putting the said D pharmacy into the said pharmacy without any justifiable reason; and (c) the E-district’s position F, who was called out upon the said pharmacy’s employees after receiving a report of 112, she gets home to the Defendant, while she gets home at the said pharmacy, while she gets home at the said pharmacy, while she was coming back at the said pharmacy, she dumbbling and dump the eth of the F with his hand, and “F is also the same ethpife.”
