A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant committed any of the following crimes in a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the existing symptoms of alcohol ozone, alcohol island network, network disorder, dynamic disorder, stimulative disorder, and similar disorder.
1. Obstruction of business;
A. On July 2014, the Defendant interfered with the duty of police officers on July 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s beauty room business by force by doing a dangerous act, such as holding female customers who sit in the beauty room and take care of their head in the beauty room while under the influence of alcohol, and putting them up at the beauty room business, from around 11:30 to 11:50 on the same day.
B. On July 23, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s convenience store business operation by force by preventing customers, who were seated in the front of the convenience store and put on the floor to the convenience store, from entering the victim’s convenience store in front of the “H” convenience store operated by the victim G in Jeju, from around 00:03 to 00:23 the same day.

On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant from entering a restaurant on July 12:30, 2014 to 13:00 on the same day; (b) ordered the Defendant to enter the restaurant under the influence of alcohol, and (c) obstructed the Defendant’s restaurant business by force by failing to enter the restaurant, on the ground that the Defendant himself/herself did not provide alcohol; (c) on the ground that the Defendant, who knows the Defendant’s injection, did not provide alcohol, he/she directly have a large volume of alcohol.

On August 4, 2014, the Defendant interfered with light business around August 4, 2014, from around 09:00 to around 09:20 on August 4, 2014, in the “N convenience store” operated by the victim M in Jeju L from around 09:0 on the same day to around 09:20 on the same day, and in the convenience store.
