1. Documents prepared and preserved by the Defendant from March 9, 2016 to March 8, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. In fact, the defendant is the branch of the Seoul Trade Union branch consisting of taxi engineers working for D Co., Ltd., and the plaintiff is the defendant's member.

2. Article 14 (Keeping, etc. of Documents) (1) of the Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act (hereinafter “Trade Union Act”) (1) Any trade union shall prepare and keep the following documents at its principal office within 30 days from the date of its establishment:

1. List of union members (in case of a trade union in the form of an associated organization, the name of its constituent organization);

2. Union bylaws;

3. A list of names and addresses of executives;

4. Minutes;

(2) The documents referred to in paragraph (1) 4 and 5 shall be preserved for three years.

Article 25 (Audit of Accounts) (1) The representative of a trade union shall have an auditor conduct, at least once every six months, an audit of all financial resources of the trade union and their uses, names of major contributors, current financial and accounting status, etc., and shall disclose the details thereof to all the union members.

(2) The auditor of the trade union may, if necessary, conduct an accounting audit of the trade union and disclose its results.

Article 26 (Disclosure of Status of Operation) The representative of a trade union shall make a report on the settlement of accounts and the current status of operation each fiscal year, and shall make it available for inspection at the request of its members

The books and documents concerning finance referred to in Article 14 (1) 5 of the Enforcement Rule of the Trade Union Act shall be as follows:

1. The budget;

2. Statement of accounts;

3. President of the gross revenue and president of the total expenditure;

4. Revenue or expenditure resolution;

5. Revenue-related books and documentary evidence; and

6. Expenditure-related books and documentary evidence; and

7. Documents related to self-accounting audits;

A. Relevant provisions

(1) Article 14 of the Trade Union Act shall provide for the minutes and the books and documents concerning finance to the trade union.
