1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 265,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 22, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments as to Gap evidence 1, 2, and Eul evidence 3-1, 2-2, the plaintiff is obligated to pay 25,00,000 won in total to the defendant from March 24, 2008 to July 29, 2008 (i.e., 30,000,000 won on March 24, 2008 to April 24, 2008; 200,000 won on June 40, 200,000 won on June 5, 2008; 200,000 won on July 5, 2008; 208,00 won on July 23, 200, 2008; 30,000 won on July 20, 2008; and 30,000 won on July 29, 2008.
