1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 56,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 29, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On February 6, 1997, the Plaintiff made a loan of KRW 56,00,000 to the Defendant with the due date set on March 10, 1997, and sought payment of the loan and the damages for delay on February 2, 1997 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
