A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
『2019고단3413』 피고인은 2019. 9. 26. 02:50경 고양시 덕양구 화중로 12에 있는 고양경찰서 형사팀 사무실에서, 모르는 사람이 집 앞 복도에서 벨을 누르고 행패를 부린다는 112신고를 받고 출동한 위 경찰서 B지구대 소속 순경 C으로부터 주거침입으로 현행범인 체포되어 인치된 후 소리를 지르고 욕설을 하는 것을 위 C으로부터 제지당하자 오른손으로 위 C의 왼뺨을 1회 때려 폭행하였다.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
Around 05:50 on August 15, 2019, the Defendant reported on the 112 report that “A bus engineer, who was a E bus engineer, and a customer who was driven, was unfolded by getting out of her to a string,” in the bus parked in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant 2019-Ma3628 was about to put up a defect, i.e., G, a slope belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-nam Police Station, and H, who was a slope belonging to the police box of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Police Station, Habbbbbbbb, and the right shoulder of the above Habbbbbbbbbbb, and the above police officer was able to get off the bus while leaving the bus. As such, the Defendant left the bus so that the above police officers were able to get off the bus, and carried out the part on the right side part of the G slope with the right side part of the above G slope.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in regard to the handling of 112 reported cases.
At around 04:20 on January 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) driven an ISP car under the influence of alcohol on January 3, 2020; and (b) continued to drive the ISP car in front of the K real estate in the Seoyang-guJ in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyangyang-gu; (c) was parked on the left-hand side of the Defendant’s driving direction; and (d) was shocked by the Defendant’s driving of the ISP car.
The defendant is under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking, smelling, snicking, snicking, snicking, etc. of the Goyang Police Station Mon and being called upon 112 report by the defendant.
