1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a local organization of the Korean Senior Citizens Association established for the purpose of promoting the rights and interests of the senior citizens and promoting their welfare, etc., and the Plaintiff is a member of the Korean Senior Citizens Association affiliated with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant senior citizens center”).
B. On February 22, 2016, the Defendant registered C as the chairperson of the center for senior citizens of this case.
C. As to the organization and operation of the defendant, the articles of association of the Korean Senior Citizens Association, the local organization operating rules, the election of the president of various levels, and the election management regulations apply.
