1. Basic facts
A. On March 29, 2013, the Korea Gas Corporation constructed D and electric power plants to Samyang-si in 2013, the E-Eup residents demanded compensation by organizing the “National Committee for Compensation for Loss of Government Works,” and on March 29, 2013, the Korea Gas Corporation, the Committee for Compensation for Loss of Government Works, and the three cities agreed that the Korea Gas Corporation shall contribute a sum of KRW 29 billion to F-Eup residents of the Korea Gas Corporation as the regional development fund. If the Korea Gas Corporation deposits the local development fund into the designated account of Samyang-si, it shall execute it through consultation with the Korea Gas Corporation.”
(b)In accordance with the above agreement, the Korea Gas Corporation paid KRW 29 billion to the third party, and around April 8, 2014, the Committee on the Compensation for Loss of the National Library sent a letter to the extent of residents of E-Eup village income projects and gas pipelines supplied with the Korea Gas Corporation's regional development fund, which was implemented by the Korea Gas Corporation.
The Committee on the Compensation for Loss from Government Works decided on March 25, 2014 to be the number of households (62 households in the case of B) residing in E-Eup on the resident registration basis, as a result of the meeting of this Chapter Council on March 28, 2014, the Joint Representatives of the Countermeasures Council on March 28, 2014, and the criteria for the supply of village income business and gas pipes, and decided on March 31, 2010.
C. At around April 11, 2014, Samyang-si notified that the State Policy Committee for Compensation for Loss from Government Obligations has allocated KRW 13.8 million per household (=13.8 million x 62 households) as part of the regional development fund of KRW 13.8 million per household (=13.8 million x 13.8 million x 62 households).
Article 1 (Name and Location) The name of the plenary session refers to “B Village Council”, and G shall have its location.
Article 2 (Purpose) This Articles of Incorporation provides for a person who is registered as a resident in B before December 31, 2010, in order to purchase Ha, I, and J-wons as part of the projects for livelihood measures of members of fishing village fraternity B and local residents whose fishing right has ceased in accordance with the projects for construction of national books, and to create a foundation for self-reliance by purchasing Ha, I, and J-wons.
