1. The Defendants jointly committed against the Plaintiff KRW 40,09,468 and KRW 28,353,68 among them, from December 20, 201 to November 11, 201.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The relationship 1) B is a registered security guard belonging to Defendant A-gun, who is in charge of the management and operation of the water intake site from March 2007 to reside in the water intake site of the former C-C, and E is the defendant Korea Electrical Safety Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”).
(2) G is a representative director of H (hereinafter “H”) who was awarded a contract for the construction work of electric facilities, such as the source pumps and power distribution teams, in which the pumps of the said water intake plant were flooded on July 28, 2009, while working in the F branch office from August 2008.
B. G’s electric shock accident (1) The structure of the water intake plant is located outside the water pumps, and the high voltage power distribution team (3300V) is installed inside the water pumps and connected with the four pumps through the four pumps.
B) The main power distribution team for the four pumps that supply electricity to the above four pumps is supplied with electricity from the main power distribution team connected to the main power distribution team, and the main power distribution team is supplied with electricity from the external power distribution facility. C) Accordingly, the main power distribution team for the four pumps can suspend the supply of electricity by cutting the connection with the main power distribution team. However, the main power distribution team may suspend the supply of electricity from the power distribution facility outside the main office.
2) Around July 27, 2009, the flood of the pumps room was requested by Defendant A to replace the water valves of the intake room. Around the same day, the work of cutting the ground to replace the valves was conducted on the same day. On July 28, 2009 following the day, the valves exposed to a large number of a base-breaking work were destroyed and damaged, water flows out or flooded due to the damaged part, and the operation of the pumps and power distribution team in the pumps room was suspended at around 06:00 on the same day.
