A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is liable for military service.
On April 7, 2010, the Defendant: (a) moved his/her place of residence to the Buddhist land in Incheon Gyeyang-gu B Apartmentdong 103; (b) but did not file a move-in report within 14 days without justifiable grounds.
Accordingly, the defendant violated the Military Service Act.
