1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Out of the first floor of the real estate in the attached list, the unit, (b) c. B. B. B. B., c. 1.
1. On March 20, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) leased a room 2 column to the Defendant from among the first floor of the real estate listed in the attached list, KRW 5 million; and (b) the monthly rent of KRW 400,000,000; (c) the Defendant changed the monthly rent of KRW 410,000,000 due to the shortage of deposit in KRW 1 million.
Since June 30, 2014, the Defendant did not pay rent from June 30, 201. Thus, the Defendant’s delivery of leased real estate following the termination of the lease contract on the grounds of rent-for-all or more occasions, and the overdue rent from the termination date to the delivery date of the said real estate.
