1. The defendant shall pay 50,790,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from September 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, "creditor" is deemed to be "Plaintiff", "debtor" to be "Defendant", and the items to be leased under Paragraph (3) are deleted. The plaintiff excluded the claim for damages concerning the lease of goods deleted on the first date for pleading, and reduced the purport of the claim as stated in the order). 2.
