1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally and severally with the plaintiff 96,482,225 won and 92,68,561 won among them. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 17090, Oct. 1, 2000>
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.

Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant submitted a written objection to the decision of payment order only to the effect that he/she is dissatisfied with the decision of payment order, and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a separate reply or a preparatory document stating the defense methods, such as specific defenses and sides, etc., so the plaintiff's assertion shall be deemed as a confession)
