1. The Defendants, among the Defendants’ share of 336/801, as to H 1,012 square meters in Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Daejeon-gun, the Plaintiff, Defendant B is 7/26, and 7/26.
1. On April 3, 1959, I, the father of the Plaintiff to be indicated in the claim, purchased 465 square meters from J, the father of the Defendants, from Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, the father of the Defendants, but completed registration of some shares, solely on the fact that the parcel number has been divided.
As a result, the mutual title trust relationship between I and J was established.
As the Plaintiff was donated on April 14, 2009, the Plaintiff terminated a mutual title trust against the Defendants, who are the successors of J, and sought the implementation of the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the shares of the said land.
