A. Defendant C is the Incheon District Court's reinforcement registry office on August 2003.

A. On June 24, 2003, a sales contract (No. 3; hereinafter “instant sales contract”) was formulated with respect to the area of 1,319 square meters (hereinafter “instant real estate”) prior to the Incheon Strengthening-gun, as follows:

[Purpose] Article 1 [Purpose] Sale of real estate of this case is to pay the sales price by agreement between the seller and the buyer as follows:

The purchase price shall be paid and received at the time of the contract in l,00,000 Won Won Won Won, which shall be paid and received on July 22, 2003. The remainder of l,00,000 Won Won Won.

Article 2 (Transfer, etc. of Ownership) The seller shall deliver all documents necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership to the buyer at the same time as the balance of the purchase price is received, and cooperate with the registration procedure, and the delivery date of the said real estate shall be July 22, 2003

7.22. E 22. Defendant B purchaser, Defendant C, and one other, of the seller of the second floor;

B. As to the instant real estate, the registration of the ownership transfer (hereinafter “instant ownership transfer”) was completed from Defendant B, the seller and the owner of the instant real estate, under the Incheon District Court’s Reinforcement Registry No. 17793, Aug. 11, 2003, based on the sales contract as of July 31, 2003, and the registration of the establishment of a mortgage was completed with the maximum debt amount of 150,000,000 won as of August 11, 2003 at the same registry office as of August 11, 2003 as of August 11, 2003 by the same registry office as of August 11, 2003.

C. At present, the certificate of completion of registration (No. 13) of the real estate in this case is owned by the plaintiff. The above certificate of completion of registration is bound by the sales contract as of July 31, 2003 with the following contents as to the registration of transfer of ownership in this case.

Article 1. Under the agreement between the seller and the buyer, the sales contract of the instant real estate is concluded as follows.

Article 2 In the sale of the instant real estate, the buyer is to pay the purchase price as follows:

The remainder of the purchase price is one million Won.
