A은 미국에서 대학교과정 교육을 받아 영어에 능통한 사람으로 토익, 텝스 등 공인 영어시험에 대리 응시하여 높은 점수를 획득하여 주고 상대방으로부터 그 대가를 받기로 마음먹었다.

He/she posted his/her e-mail address on an advertising paper that may conduct a variety of language agency tests on the Internet site, etc. related to the language test, such as Saturdays, and provided that he/she sent his/her identification photograph and composites with his/her identification photograph using the Potool program, etc. and sent him/her to the other party, and had the other party receive a synthetic photograph attached to him/her, and then planned to apply for an official English test using his/her identification card and receive compensation from the other party.

1. Issuing resident registration certificates and applying for the issuance of resident registration certificates on behalf of Defendant A and B;

가. 주민 등록법위반 피고인 A은 2017년 6 월경의 어느 날 위와 같은 홍보 글을 보고 이메일로 연락한 피고인 B로부터 텝스 (TEPS, Test of English Proficiency developed by Seoul National University) 대리 응시 의뢰와 함께 그의 증명사진을 송부 받고 이를 자신의 증명사진과 합성한 후 피고인 B에게 보내주면서 위 합성사진이 부착된 신분증을 만들어 오도록 하였다.

Accordingly, on June 23, 2017, Defendant B prepared an application for the re-issuance of a resident registration certificate at the Seocheon M Community Service Center (Seoul Metropolitan City N), attached a synthetic photograph issued by Defendant A to the public official in charge, and submitted it to the public official in charge, and received a resident registration certificate with the above synthetic photograph attached from the public official in charge.

Accordingly, the Defendants are the defendants.
