Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CM5 taxis.
On September 11, 2014, the Defendant driven the above taxi at around 01:40, and was driving the four-lane road in front of the Korean Air in 146, as the center of the Busan Jung-gu, Busan, the U.S., while driving the four-lane road in front of the Korean Air in Busan.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim D, such as catitis that requires treatment for about two weeks, on the part of the victim F (the 59-year-old passenger) who was on board the said rocketing taxi, on the part of the victim F (the 59-year-old passenger), who was in need of treatment for about three weeks, on the part of the victim G (the 51-year-old passenger), on the part of the victim G (the 51-year-old passenger) who was in need of treatment for about two weeks, on the part of the victim H(the 53-year-old passenger), on the part of the victim I (the 41-year-old passenger) who was on board the said SM5-si, on the part of the victim, on the part of the victim, who was in need of treatment for about two weeks of the 3-day-day-day-day-old passenger treatment, and on the part of the victim J (the 40-year-old passenger).
