The Defendant is a person who was appointed from January 20, 2014 to August 25, 2014 by the head of the Buddhist Cho Jong-sung, who was engaged in the management of E property by being in charge of managing D’s horse affiliated with D, which is a private person, from the head of the Buddhist Cho Jong-sung, to the head of the Buddhist Cho Jong-sung, who was in the process of managing E’s property.

Although it is necessary to dispose of the property of the inspection of the inspection team belonging to the inspection team, the approval of the president has been obtained in accordance with the religious constitution, the defendant, without undergoing any procedure, sold all real estate (14) owned by E by the victim, in order to use it for personal use, such as the value of the entertainment shop and the repayment of debts.

2. On August 7, 2014, the Defendant kept in custody for the said E at the JDaum Office located in Mayang-si, D around 2014.

E-owned 301 square meters of K forest, 658 square meters of L forest, and 476 square meters of M forest to N at will, and embezzled the registration of transfer of ownership in N on August 7, 2014.

3. The Defendant kept in custody for E in business on August 18, 2014.

E- The name of the owner of a real estate of 74,782 square meters in O forest, P forest land, 18,149 square meters in Q forest, 227 square meters in Q forest land, 1,486 square meters in land for R religion, 317 square meters in land for 209 square meters in land for T forest, 1,100 square meters in U religion, 646 square meters in V forest, 646 square meters in total for 390 square meters in W forest land, and the name of the owner of a real estate of 9 square meters in total in land for the said 9 square meters in E around September 1, 2014, was changed from E to X, and the contract was entered into for a neighboring mortgage contract with N and credit amount of 220,000 won in

2. The registration of establishment of the right to collateral security was embezzled under N’s name.
