On July 3, 2007, the Plaintiff acquired a loan claim under a credit transaction agreement against the Defendant of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, from a limited liability company specializing in CFIC, the NABSwa, and the NAB-backed securitization. The Plaintiff sought partial payment of the loan principal (1,034,780,384 won as of December 22, 201) based on the above credit transaction agreement against the Defendant, who is the debtor, as part of the claim against the Defendant, at the rate of 200,000,000 won and damages for delay based on the agreed rate after the base date.
