1. The Plaintiff:

1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a contractor and contractor of the business of newly constructing and selling the F apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) in Jung-gu, Incheon. The Defendants are the buyers who entered into a sales contract and options construction contract with the Plaintiff regarding the instant apartment.
B. 1) The Plaintiff and the Defendants enter into a contract for the sale in lots and the options construction contract. As to the apartment of this case, the Plaintiff and the Defendants enter into a contract for the sale in lots (hereinafter “each contract in this case”).
(1) The Plaintiff concluded an intermediate payment of KRW 31,540,00 on November 13, 2009, KRW 2 B B 102, KRW 1202, KRW 328,180,00 on November 5, 2009, KRW 3102, KRW 3103,540,00 on November 32, 2009, KRW 440,00 on April 31, 203, 203, KRW 1702, KRW 1702, KRW 328,180,00 on June 328, 200, KRW 5 E12,1204 on June 12, 204, each of the instant intermediate payment of KRW 360, KRW 300, KRW 400, KRW 500 on June 328, 200, KRW 200, KRW 3600, KRW 3600.
The payment, balance, and each payment period of the Defendants stated in the contract for sale in this case are as listed below (Attached 2).
