1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. A claim between the Plaintiff and the Defendant for indication of the claim for unjust enrichment on the part of the attached Form No. 2, (3), (4), (5), and (2) concerning the area of 143 square meters inboard (A) connected in sequence with the building indicated in the attached Form No. 143 square meters, based on the termination due to the delayed payment of rent under a lease agreement concluded around May 13, 2013, and the delivery of the said building and the payment of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent or rent.
