A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of 500,000 won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50.
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 27, 2013, at around 21:50, the Defendant: (a) talked to the effect that “the victim D, a restaurant proprietor, has a lot of alcohol,” while drinking alcoholic beverages at the “C” restaurant in Pyeongtaek-si B; and (b) talked to the effect that “the victim D, a restaurant proprietor, has a lot of alcohol, so that he/she has a lot of alcohol,” and that he/she interfered with the victim’s general restaurant business by force, such as: (c) where he/she is flick; (d) where he/she is flick; (d) where he/she is flick; (e) where he/she has a flick; and (e) where he/she has a flick; (e) where he/she has a flick; and (e) where he/she has a flick, he/she has a flick
2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph of the assault, heard from the victim D (the age of 58) the horses “I am only, and I am on the house”, and assaulted the victim two times by force by making the victim’s chest part of his chest by hand.
3. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph of the obstruction of performance of official duties, listened to the circumstances of the instant case by G and police officers, who are police officers belonging to the Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station F police box, dispatched with 112 reports on the act of disturbance as above, and obstructed the above police officers’ legitimate performance of duties concerning handling of the report 112 by putting the chest part of G, who was sent to the police officers at hand, “I see that I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, and I am dead, I am dead.”
4. Violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act and the Defendant damaged public goods in violation of the Act on Punishment of Minor Offenses and the Defendant was arrested in and waiting for flagrant offenders at the F police box of Pyeongtaek-si Police Station located in Pyeongtaek-si I at the same time and time as in the preceding paragraph, and “Crackers, inside the inside of the police station, spackers, spackers, spackers, spackers, spackers, knife, knife, knife in knife, knife in a knife, knife in a knife, knife in a knife, and knife his father.”
