The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, it is justifiable for the court below to reverse the judgment of the first instance court which found the defendant guilty on the ground that the res judicata effect of the judgment which became final and conclusive as to the crime in the relation of a single comprehensive crime as to the facts charged in this case extends to the facts charged in this case, and it did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
