A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

At around 13:55 the same day as the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant was running at approximately 40 km speed from the Gunpo Middle School located in Samsung C&S apartment at the Gunposi, Siposi, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, the Defendant stopped at the front of the Defendant’s vehicle, and the Defendant, who concealed the Defendant from committing the crime referred to in the above paragraph (a) and escaped at a speed of about 40 km from the Gunpo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, and escaped without taking necessary measures.
2. The defendant who has violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act shall obtain a temporary driver's license as prescribed in the above paragraph (1).
