1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 192,516,417 and the amount of KRW 178,81,70 from June 3, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim against the Plaintiff via Nonghyup Life Insurance Co., Ltd. on May 30, 201, for performance as to “the Defendant’s total amount of interest and interest on loans extended under a loan agreement as of August 23, 201 (as of July 8, 2014) and the remainder of the loan amount of KRW 178,811,700, as of July 8, 2014,” which was transferred from the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation of Nonghyup Life Insurance Co., Ltd. on May 30, 2013.
