The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The facts charged against the defendant and the victim B (35 years old, female) are married married couple in 2006.
On May 24, 2016, around 20:55, the Defendant assaulted the victim during the conflict with the victim due to the same issue, such as the state of drinking, gambling, gambling, economic problems, etc. in his/her residence, which was in the middle of the conflict with the victim in Ansan-si, the Defendant c 401, at around 20:5 on May 24, 2016.
2. Determination
