On June 11, 2020, the Defendant, at around 13:42 on June 11, 2020, driven a DNA rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license at a distance of about 2 km from the front of the cross-spea to the front of the instant hospital located in Asan-si, in the vicinity of the distribution box located in Asan-si, Asan-si, to C in the front of the road located in Asan-si.

2. On April 24, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) in the support of the Incheon District Court of Daejeon District on August 31, 2016. On April 24, 2020, the Defendant, at around 17:28, 1510-10, driven a rocketing car with the alcohol concentration of 0.11% under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license on a road with approximately five meters in the vicinity of 1510-10 meters, as Isan City hot spring.

3. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving) is a person engaging in driving a DNA rocketing car.

The Defendant driven the said car around the time set forth in paragraph (2) and moved the 1510-10 distance to the F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office on the side of the E Hospital, as it was hot spring in Asan City.

Since there are a large number of neighboring commercial buildings, there were duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the front, rear, and left and right of the driver of the motor vehicle and accurately manipulating the steering and brakes.

The defendant, as stated in paragraph (2), is under the influence of alcohol such as a remote distance of walking, and the victim G (the age of 62) who was in front of the above F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office due to occupational negligence after driving a motor vehicle without viewing it well while it is difficult to drive the motor vehicle normally due to influence of alcohol, shall be the back part of the above motor vehicle.
