1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 65,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 23, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
With respect to delay damages, the Plaintiff reduced the amount of money calculated by 15% per annum from January 23, 2018 to the day of complete payment, following the delivery of a copy of the written application for amendment of the purport of the claim as described in paragraph (1) of the order, as stated in the written application for amendment of the claim as of December 27, 2017.
