1. The Defendant’s KRW 290,000,000 per annum for the Plaintiff and six percent per annum from August 1, 2009 to May 9, 2018.
1. From August 14, 2002 to March 20, 2006, the Plaintiff leased a total of KRW 164,750,000 to the Defendant for a total of twelve occasions.
On May 10, 2008, the defendant prepared a certificate of borrowing that the plaintiff will pay to the plaintiff KRW 290,000,000,000 as a total of the principal and interest accrued from the loan, and that 290,000,000 as well as 6% interest per annum on the 10th day of each month.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 290,000,000 won with 6% interest per annum from August 1, 2009 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
2. Judgment by service (Articles 208 (3) and 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
