Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant who intrudes on a common structure is the head of metal labor union C Branch D branch.
E around 18:20 on January 30, 2013, around 18:20, it confirmed that participants in the assembly have damaged the door of the Hanjin Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. located in the Seocho-do Office of Busan, and caused the participants of the assembly to intrude into the small line of the assembly through a loudspeaker on the broadcast vehicle, and instigate the participants of the assembly to intrude into the small line of the assembly.
Accordingly, the defendant entered and intruded the above Youngdo Steering Group through the Youngdo Steering Group, which was destroyed by the above 150 participants in assembly.
2. From January 30, 2013 to February 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the above Youngdo shipbuilding; (b) started January 30, 2013 to February 1, 2013, the Defendant, jointly with the participants who intruded into the above Youngdo shipbuilding; and (c) installed a single square with approximately 10 meters away from the entrance of the above Youngdo shipbuilding at the entrance of the above Youngdo shipbuilding; (d) installed a ten-meter square with a view to the body of F, set up a pipe and a new string; and (e) laid down a pipe around the pipe, a power of loading a pipe, and (e) proceeded with the employees of the Hanjin Heavy Industries, claiming for the right to participate in the lawsuit for damages, withdrawal of the lawsuit, and recognition of the right to negotiate the Hanjin Heavy Industries’s branch.
Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, interfered with the construction of ships and the management of facilities of the victims Hanjin Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. by force, jointly with 30 or more persons who invaded the Youngdo Shipbuilding.
