1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,508,904 and KRW 21,606,671 among them, 24% per annum from December 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the following facts (Provided, That a single creditor is the plaintiff, the debtor is the defendant) can be acknowledged:
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from December 1, 2015 to the date of full payment as to the total amount of KRW 23,508,904 and principal amount of KRW 21,606,671, which is the day after the base date of calculation, to the day of full payment. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim of this case is reasonable.
