Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a singing practice room with a trade name in the first floor of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
A person who operates a singing practice room is prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages to customers. On February 12, 2015, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages of the amount of KRW 8,000 to two male customers and two female customers with no name in the above "Ding practice room" around 22:00.
