The Defendant, while returning to the Internet with the victim, was placed on the Internet gambling while making it necessary to provide money for gambling. As a result, the Defendant, by borrowing money from the annual victim or using a credit card in the victim’s name, intended to borrow money from the victim by means of borrowing a credit card in the victim’s name or having the victim borrow money from the lending company, etc. in the victim’s name.

On March 17, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “If the members of the company lend money that they did not have a monthly wage, they would give money to the members of the company and make a repayment in the future.”

However, even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim, it was thought that he would use the money as funds for gambling online, and did not think that he would use the money as the living expenses of the members of the company, and there was no particular property other than the monthly salary of 1.8 million won from the company at the time of March 2013, and there was no intention or ability to repay the money even if he borrowed money from the victim because it was only a company accompanying around May 2013.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and immediately receiving KRW 800,000 from the victim’s bank account under the name of the Defendant, received 80,000 won in the name of the borrowed money. From around that time to December 9, 2013, the amount equivalent to KRW 121,953,324 in total over 62 times, such as the [Attachment Table (1) Nos. 1 through 62 from around that time to December 9, 2013.
