【Criminal Facts】

1. Interference with business;

A. On April 18, 2019, the Defendant, at around 17:00, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 30 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as spitation of spits, etc. on the floor of the victim C (the 54-year-old), which is located in the Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City (the 54-year-old).

B. On April 18, 2019, the Defendant, at around 18:30, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 20 minutes, such as spitation of spits on the floor, spits, spits, and spits spits on the floor of the victim E (the 25-year-old), in the Cheongju-gu E (the 25-year-old) operation.

C. At around 11:20 on April 19, 2019, the Defendant re-exploited the “D” as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) and obstructed the instant victim C’s restaurant service by force for about 40 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as noise, etc.

At around 16:30 on April 19, 2019, the Defendant expressed a bath to the victim I (the 33 years of age) who is the store located in Heak-gu G in Seodong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, with a large interest, and spits such as spits, spits, etc. on the floor and obstructed the victim's restaurant business by force for about 30 minutes.

2. Fraud;

A. The Defendant ordered the victim E, a business owner, who did not have any intent or ability to pay alcohol and food due to the absence of any particular property or monthly income as stated in Paragraph 1(b) and received 14,000 won in total of the market price from the victim and acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount.

B. The Defendant ordered the victim I, who is the owner of the business, to pay alcohol and food costs, in the same time and place as stated in paragraph 1(d) because the facts are under the same circumstances as stated in the preceding paragraph, and thus, the market price is the market price from the victim.
