1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,885,430 as well as 20% per annum from April 15, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) applies mutatis mutandis to the case of Article 208(3)3 of the same Act
