A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
(2) On September 17, 2014, at around 00:25, the Defendant had obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of the reported case, etc. by assaulting the Defendant and E, on the ground that it received 112 reports on the assault case from the Defendant and E and the E, and the slope F, a police officer belonging to the Ansan-gu Police Station in the Ansan-gu Police Station, called the Defendant himself/herself.

1. On November 201, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30, mid-and-round 20:30, the Defendant: (b) intruded the victim’s G building*****; (c) intruded the victim’s crehion via a door-to-door door; and (d) stolen the observer’s mobile phone with one observer’s market price equivalent to KRW 1,000,000, in which the victim’s H was located.
2. Larceny;
A. At around 15:00 on November 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s PC room located in JPC located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si; (b) with one gallon of a mobile phone equivalent to KRW 1,000,000 in the market price located adjacent to another monitor; and (c) stolen the victim’s gallon of a mobile phone equivalent to KRW 1,00,000.
B. On November 23, 2014, the Defendant stolen a victim’s N in the MPC located in the Gyeonggi-si L, with one galleno-2 mobile phone unit and another mobile phone unit, and with the driver’s license, a falle-balle-2 mobile phone unit, and agricultural cooperative card located in the said mobile phone case, which are located adjacent to another monitor, of the market price equivalent to KRW 1,00,000.
C. At around 15:00 on December 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s PC located in PPC located in the GPC located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sungnam-si with one cell phone of 500,000 won in the market price located adjacent to another monitor; and (b) cash of KRW 10,000,000 in cash located in the aforementioned mobile phone case; (c) driver’s license; (d) resident registration certificate; (d) resident registration certificate; (e) resident bank debit card; and (e) basic safety education certificate.
