When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The Defendant, around April 2007, prepared a false certification to the effect that “I will jointly and severally guarantee that I, as the donation was made from the owners of March 20, 1970 to A and actually own the said real estate,” that “I will make a false certification to the effect that I will enter the name of the guarantor E, F, and G in the name of the guarantor column and affix their seals thereto, without having received any donation from C, that I would like to receive a donation of the said forest land under the name of the Defendant, and that I will jointly and severally guarantee that I will actually own the said forest by donation from the owners registered in the register, from March 20, 1970.”

On April 25, 2007, the Defendant applied for the issuance of a certificate to the same effect as the above letter of guarantee by attaching the false certificate from the Jinju-si, Jin-si, which was located in Jinju-si, to the same effect as the above letter of guarantee. On August 22, 2007, the Defendant was issued a false certificate by obtaining a certificate from the Jinju-si, who is not aware of the fact.

The Defendant, around February 2007, prepared a false certification to the effect that “I, on March 20, 197, shall be jointly and severally guaranteed that I donate the owner of the real estate donated and actually owned by A from March 20, 1970 to the owner registered in the registry, and then, on the guarantor column, enter the name of the guarantor I, J and K in the name of the guarantor, and affixed his seal thereto.”

On April 25, 2007, the Defendant applied for the issuance of a certificate to the same effect as the above letter of guarantee by attaching a false certificate from Jinju-si, Jin-si, which was located in Jin-si, as above, from the Jin-si, which was unaware of the fact around August 22, 2007.
