A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was a person working as the head of the business management division in Jinju-si “C Co., Ltd.”, and the victim D (n, 45 years old) was a subordinate employee working in the same department as the Defendant.
1. Around January 26, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act by inserting the Defendant’s hand against the victim who was seated at the office of the above “C Co., Ltd.” around 11:00 on January 26, 2018, by inciting the victim’s hand with his/her own bridge between the victim and the victim’s hand.
2. On May 25, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at around 14:30 on May 25, 2018, in order to assist the victim’s moving of the fire from the victim’s residence to the company, and in order to assist him/her to visit the victim’s residence and move the fire to the company, he/she forced the victim to force him/her by inserting the victim’s body by standing the victim’s clothes inside a sofa while moving the fire to the company.
3. On May 28, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim, following around May 28, 2018: (a) around 14:40, the Defendant: (b) committed an indecent act by compulsion on the part of the victim in an corrosion warehouse; (c) obstructed the victim from resisting the victim with the wall; and (d) committed an indecent act by compulsion on the part of the victim.
4. Around June 18, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at the office of the above “C Co., Ltd.” around 10:30 on June 18, 2018 and committed an indecent act by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act by drinking the victim’s left chest on three occasions below with the Defendant’s hand.
