1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 75,240,000 as well as KRW 38,00,000 among them, from June 30, 2016 to the day of full payment.

On February 28, 2012, the Defendant issued a promissory note (Evidence A No. 1) with the Plaintiff at a face value of KRW 75 million, which is a joint issuer with C, a Si-dong, and the Plaintiff.
