The punishment (three million won) of the judgment of the court below is too unreasonable.

In full view of the facts that the court below imposed a punishment by reducing the amount of fine for a summary order in consideration of the circumstances favorable to the defendant, and there is no change in the circumstances that are different from the court below's punishment when the court below was in the trial, and all other matters concerning the sentencing as shown in the records and arguments of this case, the defendant's assertion is without merit.
3. Conclusion
Therefore, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
