Defendants and victims C (the age of 57) were south, and there was conflict between Sejong Special Self-Governing City in terms of the operation of sales facilities for products manufactured by persons with disabilities.

1. Defendant A

A. At around 11:30 on April 16, 2019, the injured Defendant: (a) was engaged in the production of paper cups in the E Disabled’s protection plant located in Sejong Special Self-Governing City; (b) was defective in the conversation with the victim entering the said workplace; (c) however, the victim attempted to go out of the workplace without tending to go out of the workplace; and (d) was unable to go out of the victim’s body with either bucks and knebbbbs located above the upper body of the victim; and (d) the victim’s head, head, back water, and body body can be cut back by drinking; and (e) the victim’s kneed knebbbs caused two injuries, such as feling bucks that require approximately six weeks of treatment.

B. A around 13:20 on April 16, 2019, the Defendant under confinement.

In the E office in the workplace for persons with disabilities as described in paragraph (1), the victim prepared a letter of how to be done before writing the letter, and the victim could not get out of the above office until 14:00 on the same day because she was lying on the entrance of the above office, she was sitting on the front of the entrance, she was laid off on the wall, she was placed on the front of the entrance, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim.

2. Defendant B’s Defendant A

In the time and place indicated in the port, the victim had scambru and had scam dispute with the victim while putting a free scambru which fell from the floor, and assaulted the victim by putting the victim's body over the upper part of the victim's scambru with the scambru.
